In 2005, Teacher Amit Arya visited our country only for few days. And first time we felt what real yoga is. His talks, his classes and teaching yoga techniques make so many people feel health, love and peace of mind. We also understood what yoga is. When he used to say about the yoga then we felt we have not learnt yoga before and what we leant that was just the exercise on the name of styles and brands of yoga. Amit Arya teach all the techniques of yoga, theory and practical things. But the main thing what we feel in his training that was life, love and peace. The moment we had in training that was the most gifted time of our life. Amit Arya and his teaching will make you to feel the life and love. Whatever he teaches, whatever he speaks, directly touch the heart. And within short time of his visit, so many teachers and students attended his training.

In 2005 Dhyanyog started making foundation and more than 300 students took training from Amit Arya. And this was the largest teacher training.

In 2006 we established Dhyanyog and Dhyanyog become the center of every student and teacher.

The whole purpose of Dhyanyog is to make people learn and feel the real yoga from Amit Arya. What Amit Arya want to teach is totally different and close to the depth of yoga, life, love and peace.

Listening talks of Amit Arya even for five minutes can change so many things in the people, because whatever he speaks or teaches is from his heart. He does not teach knowledge, but he gives his experience. He makes people to feel how to live happily.

Meditation is starting and makes us to feel what yoga and life is. Dhyanyog also includes theory and practical parts of yoga and right life style. Of course those who learned form Amit Arya they stop eating nonveg, and if you find someone eating nonveg then believe they are not students of Amit Arya or they did not leant or feel anything from yoga or from Amit Arya.

Amit Arya has given the name of center Dhyanyog and he says Dhyanyog means your everything become like Meditation. And lastly to say that everything is like meditation in life, everything is like love and peace. But we face so many problems in our lives and we have to face it and find the solutions.

Amit Arya introduces the real yoga and we continue it. Dhyanyog charge very little amount of fee for training and it is only to manage the cost of training. The training is only given by Teacher Amit Arya. Dhyanyog is fully guided by Amit Arya. And same time so many students who learned from Teacher Amit Arya are teaching very well. Teacher Amit Arya does not accept any position for Dhyanyog but he guide on every step for everything. And lastly Dhyanyog means Amit Arya and Amit Arya means his Dhyanyog. Now Dhyanyog is one of the biggest centers for giving the good teacher training. In a small time, we have trained so many teachers.

Teacher Amit Arya comes here every year for two months when he has time and after giving training, he goes back to India or other countries.
