To say something or write something about Amit Arya is totally difficult for us. And we do not know what to say and how to say about Amit Arya.
As we feel Yoga is everything for him and for his life. But in his talks, classes and all other things we always feel love, peace and meditation. His teaching is his experience. He just wants to see Yoga in the real way. But today what Yoga is we all know. And Yoga has become like business.
As he see today's Yoga and people's mind he feels very sad.
So many times he feels not to teach Yoga to anyone, because nobody understands the reality of Yoga. And all the people just want to get certificate, or want to have a little health. The purpose of Yoga is...
Once in 2005 he visited our country and we met him and what we felt we can not explain. We attended his trainings and all people were surprised to know and feel from his classes, his talks, meditation and from his personal life.
When he was leaving our country then we asked him why you are leaving us then he said I have to go. We asked him just give few months of every year to us. Then he accepted our request and he comes here every year for two months. As fee he never takes any money for his teaching from us.
More than fifty awards are on the name of Amit Arya. He is the author of two English books. He has taught Yoga and good life style to more than forty countries of people. But he lives so simple and his personal life make people to understand so many things.

Some time may you can find Amit Arya in India or other countries and sometime if people ask him that you look like Amit Arya then simply he replies that I am not Amit Arya. He works as a normal person, he never says or tries to show that he knows something or he is a so great teacher.
Once he decided that he will not teach anymore and he wrote two books in English.
Both books were full with experience, information and knowledge. So many people get the copies of books; few people appreciate for book but one day Amit Arya took all remaining copies of the books and throw them all. Once we asked him why you throw all books then he said people are very far from themselves, they don't love themselves, they are very far from reality. So they can not understand my books and they cannot feel what I say.
His life, his class, his talk and everything is his experience. He never goes behind money and that's why he teaches only the systematic yoga. Amit Arya never compromise with his techniques of teaching and he never go behind what people say styles or brands of yoga.
There were so many times that Amit Arya helped so many people, he never take any fee from anyone and even from us. He always says what I have and what I give is not for sale, but it is just to give people. Amit Arya is very kind and of course so many times he faced himself problem when he did not have money.
Wherever you are, whenever you have time, you can try to find some time and if you get the chance to learn or feel something from Amit Arya, then just go to feel, don't go to learn from him.
Especially his meditation classes and talks about meditation, life, love and peace can make you to feel that how every work can become like meditation. And how life can become more peace and happy. Amit Arya comes here only for two months and later he goes back. No matter he goes to India or other countries, he and his teaching which make us to feel our own health, love and peace will be always in our hearts. We all give heartfelt thanks to Teacher Amit Arya.
